20g steel tube is GB/5310 GB grade (foreign corresponding grades: German ST45.8, Japanese STB42, American SA106B) is the most commonly used boiler tube steel, chemical composition and mechanical properties and 20 plate is basically the same. The steel at room temperature and high temperature strength, with lower carbon content, better plasticity and toughness, the cold forming and welding performance is good.

Description:
20g steel tube is mainly used for manufacturing high pressure and more high parameter boiler fittings, low temperature superheater, reheater and economizer and water-cooled wall, such as small diameter tube wall temperature is less than or equal to 500 DEG C heating surface pipe, and water wall tube, economizer tube, large diameter tube wall temperature is equal to or less than 450 DEG C in the steam pipe, box (economizer, water cooling wall, a low temperature superheater and reheater header), medium temperature is equal to or less than 450 DEG C piping accessories. Due to carbon steel in more than 450 DEG C long-term operation will produce graphite, the heating surface tube long-term maximum service temperature should be limited to below 450 DEG C. The steel in the temperature range, the strength can meet the superheater and steam pipeline of requirements, and has a good antioxidant properties, plasticity and toughness, welding properties of cold and hot working performance are very good and wide application.
